Vintage Design
French Louis XV or Rococo style bronze and Noverdy glass three-light chandelier, from circa 1920. This absolutely splendid antique chandelier features a beautifully shaped bronze frame adorned with acanthus leaves, and three arms that are numbered, each with a white Pâte de Verre glass lampshade with blue and orange color accents, each signed “Noverdy France”. The arms are held by beautiful leaf scrolls, a chain, and an ornate bronze canopy. Dimensions: height: circa 75 cm / 29.52 in; diameter: circa 60 cm / 23.62 in. Three new sockets for E27 (E26) size light bulbs. The chandelier is in good condition with slight signs of aging and wear. The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we would always suggest it is installed by a qualified electrician.
