Vintage Design
A wonderful pair of Scandinavian Modern unique table lamps made at Desiree stoneware workshop in Copenhagen in the 1960s. The lamp bases are handmade and decorated with an amazing white & grey glazing. Both lamps are signed. Equipped with white flax linen shades. The Desiree workshop was founded in 1964 by former director of Bing & Grøndahl, Copenhagen, H. C. Torbøl and existed only for a short time. They were primarily producing porcelain and little is know about the production of stoneware.
