This is a beautiful early 19th century English dresser base the Ivory escutcheon shown against the dark wood really makes this piece very unique. Original knobs that could easily be changed out to brass if desired my thought would be this original because you don’t see this very often. The patina and age leaves no doubt about the age the three bottom drawers below the center drawer are stationary are fixed. The three top drawers slide effortlessly along with the two doors closing almost perfectly considering the age. These are so versatile in the way they can be used. I sell so many to go under TVs not to mention dining rooms, kitchen, many different places throughout the home.
