This antique English flamed mahogany wine cooler dates to circa 1830 and done in the period William IV style. The cabinet is done in flamed mahogany with rope motif border decoration on the raised top and bottom edges and used to accent the bun feet. The sides have decorative raised borders which accent the figural brass lion head pulls on the front and either side and the hinges are also done in solid brass. The original tin liner is in very good period condition showing only minimal wear and the cooler sits on four castors.
