A fine and impressive antique William IV English sterling silver presentation cup by Jason Hobbs.
This presentation cup has a Campania form onto a knopped pedestal to a circular spreading foot
The lower portion of the body is ornamented with impressive embossed oak leaves and acorns decoration. The foot is decorated with acanthus leaves. The two handles, modeled as branches, join the upper part taking up the motifs of oak leaves and acorns.
On the front there is the inscription of the donor with the date of the presentation (1837).
