A fine example of a heavy two-tier 12-light brass chandelier with scrollwork arms, each with its own spire finial, a decorative cast top with three figures with a crown & eagle above them, baluster stem, and large globe base with ring finial. Probably Polish or Dutch, dating to the late 17th or early 18th century, in very good overall condition, retaining a nice early surface, with one arm repair, other minor imperfections and wear commensurate with age and use. Includes a brass chain link approximately two feet long for higher ceilings. Dimensions: Approximately 34 in height x 35 in diameter.
