The vases are decorated in an imari palette with scroll handles highlighted in turquoise and gilt. The circular flaring foot is in a mazarine blue ground with gilt highlights. The neck has a green ground with panels of chinoiserie flowers and trees. The neck of one vase with old hairline repaired invisibly.
