A pair of lovely proportioned 19th century window seats. Rectangular newly reupholstered seat and hand tacked around the legs. The whole raised on six turned and fluted tapering legs. The upholstery is perfect and it’s all very sturdy. These window seats or stools could have various uses. They would work well at the end of the bed, or as window seats, in a hallway or it might even work as a duet piano stool. These stools are reconstructed using William IV period legs. England circa 1835.
