A unique collectors piece.
A wooden panel from the middle-ages circa 1550.The panel is from walnut and framed with a Renaissance ornament. A shield with broken tymphane.
This amazing piece has the most radiant yellow glow about it which certainly makes it suitable to style a home. Hundreds of years ago it probably hung in the private residence of a well-to-do family where it was prayed to rather than in a church.
It belongs to the Spanish School and can be dated thus round 1550.
It depicts Mater Dolorosa. And the measurements are 33 cm.x30cm.
