Vintage Design
The luminaire impresses with its simple elegance and high-quality workmanship and materials. The shade is a simple hemisphere made of heavy brass. The high-quality workmanship is once again evident in the detail of the flanged design of the lower edge of the shade. The real speciality of this design is the manual height adjustment using the side cord. The cable runs from the canopy via a ball weight to a deflection tube mounted on the ceiling and finally to the shade. The ball weight is also fitted with a deflection tube on the top, through which the cable is guided. The black cable is of particular importance in this design. Depending on the position of the luminaire, it forms geometric figures with black lines.
The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
