Welsh William IV oak and walnut low dresser with three drawers, two cupboards and three sham drawers. This low dresser is unusual in that it is embellished with reeded walnut columns, walnut banding to the drawers and cupboards and carved walnut sunbursts to the door panels. The top three drawers are working drawers, the center three drawers are sham drawers. The two cupboards to either side provide storage for bulkier items. The bone escutcheons also add an upmarket air to this server. Circa 1830.
