The bookcase has an unusual top which is painted to resemble marble. This top is original, demonstrated by the underside being painted blue, matching the rest of the interior, please refer to the photographs.
A key has been added to aid opening the doors, this does not work the lock.
Overall in very good clean condition, a few marks in places to the rosewood, and a few knocks to the back of the plinth. The top does show signs of use with indentation marks to note.
The glazed doors retain the original hand blown glass panels.
